It is easy to use Remote Training as there are two methods for access - Internet & Telephone or Internet with audio equipment.
For Internet access, access is via a PC with a connection to the Internet from your local machine. Here are the essential requirements to view and communite with the instructor when you are in remote training session:

Remote Training is conducted on the Web by one of our instructors. All attendees will need a phone near their computer. If multiple individuals will be attending, a speakerphone will be required, and all attendees should be able to clearly view the computer screen, or each person can dial in with their own computer and phone. Each of our remote training sessions is set up for your individual needs, to address your specific questions and needs. The trainer communicates with attendees over the phone by way of a conference call
